OUR FOCUS
GreenForce Fuel has a fuel distribution depot in Rietvlei, North West, with its Head Office in Rustenburg. The depot is a means to ensure that our customers supply is always met. It must be noted that GreenForce Fuels does not have a preferred refinery and is not limited to purchasing from one suppler only. We are free to do business with any of the multinational refiners. This also assists with security of supply.
We are mainly an Engen and PetroSA orientated company with our fuel and lubricant supplies.
GreenForce Fuel is an energy resource company specialising in the bulk distribution of fuels. We focus on customers who place a premium on the reliability of supply and the quality of product.
Reliability of supply is ensured by cooperation agreements with several logistics companies specialising in the transportation of fuel. Our relationships with oil companies and logistics companies further enable our substantial geographic growth to supply new customers outside the depot region.
This also allows customers to have a 24-hour turn-around from order to delivery and on occasion emergency orders can be serviced as far as possible. We aim to exceed our customer’s expectations in service, quality and cost.
Our company is licensed to sell and distribute aviation gasoline, biofuels, diesel, petrol, jet fuel, liquefied petroleum gas and paraffin, and recently added lubricant sales.
Our delivery management is done in close liaison with our customers so as to ensure that at no point do customers have stock-outs.
We aim to exceed our customer’s expectations in service, quality and cost.
Our Value Proposition
We were thoroughly aware that numerous distributors are active in the market that we selected. Our decision to nevertheless enter this highly competitive market was based on in-depth market research that indicated a need, and therefore room for a distributer to serve medium-sized consumers with reliability and quality of product as focus.
In addition to sound general management skills, we are of the opinion that especially the ability to apply excellent logistic management is of utmost importance to do justice to our focus on reliabilityand quality of product. Two core requirements of effective logistics management in the context of our business is the control of transport, and the certainty of supply and availability of quality product. It is for this reason that we use our own transport logistics to service consumers and augment this with our strategic logistic transport partners.
Over and above fuel delivery, GreenForce Fuel is also able to assist the with:
- Fuel monitoring and management systems;
- Safety audits (leak detection, water detection etc.);
- Equipment installation maintenance and upgrade (tanks, nozzles, hoses, pumps, etc.);
- Fuel storage management strategy advice (e.g. price increase or decrease prior to month end);
- Supply and rental of mobile self-bonded tanks; and
- Market insight regarding price movements.
GreenForce Fuel will conduct an extensive study off the delivery points, assessing any hazardous, risks, shortfalls and any unforeseen event that may hinder the delivery of fuel commodities. After a feasibility study GreenForce Fuels will source its supply from it’s Depot with trained operators and drivers.
The quality delivered by GreenForce Fuel will be the best quality and would insist in tests done on products delivered. Green Force Fuel may issue test kits should they be requested by our clients.
GreenForce Fuel can provide a team of qualified HSEQ inspectors to advise and ensure on the safety of dispensing of products delivered.
Our Quality Management System is off highest standard and will assist in a speedy and accurate administration / paper trail of the product dispensed invoicing that has checks and balances, with an official order, from the department balanced against a delivery note and that corresponding to an invoice sent to the client for payment.
In an event where there are/is a shortage of supply, GreenForce Fuel has supply agreements with top refineries in South Africa to source supply in the event where our primary supplier cannot supply.
GreenForce Fuel uses its Depot to Store Fuel Commodities currently having the capacity to store over 250 000 litres. The plan to expand to 400 000 liters is already in place and will depend on the growth of the clients. In events of strikes, GreenForce Fuel has a division off non-unionized workers that will readily work to our client base so no downtime or shortage in experienced.
In the event of theft and high jacking, GreenForce Fuel has our assets insured including Goods in Transit Insurance.
In the event of breakdowns GreenForce Fuel has vast fleet that may replace a broken-down truck on its way to deliver. The advantage GreenForce Fuel has is its turnaround time off 24 hours or less thus in the event off a breakdown we will still meet the required deadlines for delivery.
GreenForce Fuel will implement all its resources to the project as soon as GreenForce Fuel is contracted, as GreenForce Fuel has all resources to supply including the partnership with transporters to ensure product gets delivered on time.
